If the service is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, you may request a refund. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the delay’s impact on your submission deadlines. The refund process will be initiated within 48 hours of the request from the scholar. The refund will be completed within 5-7 working days.

2.3 Incompatibility

If the final edited manuscript significantly deviates from the original requirements or instructions provided, you may request a refund.
